Albir to Benidorm in Sierra helada

A must is the hiking trail from Albir to Benidorm.

The trail is located in the Sierra Helada Natural Park that is a mountain and marine conservation area spanning across 13,750 acres in total.

It’s best explored by boat or hiking trails, with 300 metre cliffs, and epic views out across the Mediterranean Sea, you ca spend a whole morning crossing the 8km Sierra Helada Natural Park trail, from Albir to Benidorm. The starting point is the Albir Lighthouse path entrance and finish at the Benidorm Cross Monument looking out over Benidorm town. And the trail takes around 4 hours to cross at a steady pace. It is a pretty straight forward trail to follow if you stick to the cliff edges.

BERNIA

This is a very popular trail, you can go with car to the starting point and from there make the circular path. A very spectacular view exiting the  the tunnel going beneath the mountain.

PUIG CAMPANA

With an altitude of 1,406 metres (4,613 ft), it is the second-highest peak in the province of Alicante. Puig Campana is located in the municipality of Finestrat only 10 km (6 mi) from the Mediterranean coast. The views from the top are impressive as it is so close to the coast.
